In addition, as a function of the bag, you can protect the contents of the bag without using a zipper by using the leather flap cover used in the cut off tote as a cover. You can also place a plastic bottle, a cardigan, a jacket, etc. on top of the flap cover.

A small space has been created in the stitching of the flap cover, allowing you to take out and put in small items and smartphones without opening and closing the cover. This little idea makes it easier to use and reduces stress when using it.

This is the first time we are using this leather. The cowhide is tanned with zeolite, a new tanning method.

Zeolite is a type of mineral discovered in Iceland in 1756 and is also called zeolite in Japan. Zeolite tanning is characterized by its excellent biodegradability, and biodegrades in a few months under favorable soil conditions. If the leather is buried in the soil after use and allowed to biodegrade, it can greatly contribute to reducing CO2 emissions when incinerated.

This time, we added vegetable oil to give the leather a natural fine grain and transparency, and a little tannin to give it a texture, giving it a soft texture.

The more you use it, the softer it becomes and the more it becomes comfortable to wear.
